Re~Sourcing Your Self moves through three gateways. Each one a threshold into deeper embodiment, deeper ground, deeper sourcing.
Gateway 1 · Embodied Safety
We begin at the foundation — the inner pillar, the ground that holds you from within. For most women, this ground has never been consciously established. When it is found, something settles that may never have settled before. You have your own back.
Gateway 2 · Magnetic Ground
Having found the inner pillar, we deepen into the magnetic ground of the pelvic bowl. This is where embodied safety, sovereignty and inner strength live — not as concepts, but as felt experience in the body. You become a vessel capable of receiving.
Gateway 3 · Womb of Gaia
Opened and grounded, you sink your roots into the inexhaustible source: the Womb of Gaia. Earth, Fire, Air, Water — one living spiral. Two living bodies in genuine reciprocity. Not a practice to return to. A state of being to inhabit.
The container
Three weeks. Two classes each week. Six classes in total. One for teaching and transmission, one for sharing and building community. Three days of integration between each class. The body's own rhythm — open, settle, deepen, settle, root, settle.
We start on July 7th — two weeks after the Summer Solstice, when its light is still fully present. Beginning this journey in the long days of summer, as the light begins its slow turn toward the dark, carries a rightness you will feel in your body immediately.
You will receive standalone practice recordings after each class.
You will be held in community. Women walking the same path. Witnessed.

I have spent twenty years asking the questions this work answers. Thirteen of those years walking the sacred sites of West Penwith, Cornwall — stone circles, fogous, holy wells, cliff sanctuaries. The land taught me and my body confirmed it.
